We successfully held our workshop on 15 September 2025 at the National Research Centre (NRC), Cairo, Egypt.
The event brought together many participants both on-site and online, creating a vibrant platform for knowledge exchange and collaboration. During the workshop, we presented the progress of our ongoing work and discussed future directions for sustainable and circular agri-food systems in the Mediterranean region.
